Through Firebrand and AdviserPlus, I have learned all of the skills I now use day to day in my role. Including SQL, PowerBI, PowerPoint, and Excel.

I enjoyed the programme very much. It was useful to learn the skills I require to progress in my career, and interesting to learn of other skills that might be of interest later down the line.

Firebrand was very well organised. I was able to follow assignment structures and what was expected of me. AdviserPlus chose a somewhat unsuitable role for me to get the most out of the programme at first, and experienced staffing issues to begin with, which affected my learning.

At the start of the course, support from my employer was sparse. However, once staff changed, the support I received was fantastic. Not only my in work mentor, but the entire team were on hand to assist, advise, and teach me where needed.

I received all the support I could have needed from Firebrand Training. Lee Clinton was my mentor and was a joy to work with. Lee provided all the assistance, guidance, and support I needed and had a very positive and polite demeanour that was encouraging.

I would not be able to do my current job were it not for the training I have received. I owe my career going forward to both my current employer and Firebrand.

There are quarterly and annual awards ceremonies throughout the year and fundraising campaign events.
