Corporate Account Manager Review

My role within Softcat is a Corporate Account Manager located in Marlow at Softcat’s HQ office. My daily routine consists of providing IT solutions to my trading customers and prospecting other businesses by cold calling and researching decision-making contacts.

Skills I have built on include communication, organizational, and time-management skills. I've learnt to be more resilient and how to provide the correct solution according to a businesses requirements.

I enjoyed my programme as it provided me with the ability to learn and earn at the same time.

I believe it is structured well to provide learning courses and guidance.

I have received a copious amount of support through my employers extensive resources.

I personally think I benefited a lot through my learning mentor who supported me vastly throughout.

I believe the qualification helped me to perform better as it gave me better insight and guidance into what does and doesn't work.

There are a wide variety of social activities, incentives and workshops to better network through different departments and communities.
