  • 3. To what extent did you enjoy your work experience?
  • I really enjoyed the experience and found it extremely helpful as it give me a lot of answers, specially by creating some session only for questions and sharing experiences. I also was able to see some sectors that Pinsent Masons work in, and that made me realise that their was sectors I was more interested in then others. I also had access to different resources that were helpful. The only downside to the internship was how long the content was, and it sometime felt quite charged and it was hard to keep concentrated.

  • 4. How well organised was your work experience?
  • I have no complain about the organisation during the Pinsent Masons work experience. They have a website with a clear schedule and link to the meeting. I had access with the material that we used and there was also resources that I could use in my free time. And the meetings usually finished in the time assigned and were well structured.

  • 7. Were you paid or reimbursed for this experience?
  • I was not paid for the work experience. it is simply a program that helps us learn more commercial awareness, and some other skill related to application in law. we also learn about routes we can talk in law, and above all it is a great motivation, so I don't think the pay matters.

  • There was some opportunity for networking, for example there was a lunch dedicated to networking, where all the student could attend the video call and talk to each other, which great to meet other people your age with the same passion and goals. Also, Pinsent mason offers a lot of different programmes, which can be an opportunity to keep contact with the other solicitor.
