  • My role is to create and share communications to showcase our apprenticeship offering both internally and externally.

  • Yes, I have both learnt new skills and developed my existing skills, which has boosted my confidence.

  • I really enjoy my programme, I love learning and developing my skills and knowledge while working. I am the sort of person that likes to know everything and stay relevant and useful.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It is well organised and structure, the sessions cater for all types of learners and goes at a pace that pleases all capabilities.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My manager and director are both great and allow me to get on with my learning while at work. My manager is a great support and is actively interested in my development, which makes such a difference and I thank her for all her support.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I receive good support from my training provider, I can contact my mentor or coach and will get a response from them. If I need anything I can simply ask and they are happy to help.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • My apprenticeship solidifies my existing knowledge and is developing my skills knowledge and behaviours to be great at my role. I am able to relate what I am learning to my role and it helps to connect the dots.

  • Do it, I did and have not looked back. I love the culture and the development opportunities available and due to the size of the business there is so much room to grow and develop your career.
