  • Answer phone calls on day to day basis to try prevent customers leaving BT and EE and try and give them better deals and help deal with their problems and I’ve got to write down and record my calls for my work I’ve got to do.

  • Yes I have I’ve developed my communication skills and used them to create conversations with customers and showed empathy and sympathy towards customers and their problems

  • I enjoy because at work I feel like I’ve got freedom at the work place to speak to everyone their and talk to people who are existing workers their

  • I feel like it is well structured because the work is set out to good enough standard for everyone to understand and complete in a good enough fashion

  • I’ve receive a good amount of support for my work from my employer because they give us 6 hours per week to complete the tasks

  • Yes I receive good enough support because they are always ready to help if we are stuck in any tasks and they set up monthly meeting to discuss performance and give us any hall which is required

  • Maybe more face to face learning because that’s how I learn best but it may vary from person to person
