Liaising with account managers and key stake holders to ensure we're within SLA and processing as quickly as possible for our customers. • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Yes I feel I've learned loads and been able to add additional knowledge to things I haven't been as confident on before. Prior to my apprenticeship I wasn't very involved in projects or budgets and its opened my eyes up to what is required on these. I've also loved learning more about people management and what is required for a high performing team.
