  • My experience doing my apprenticeship with Juniper has been great. Juniper provide a lot of learning resources and additional training classes by doing online workshops that we are encouraged to sign up for.

  • One new skill I have gained is knowing what safeguarding is in a workplace.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I have enjoyed my programme however, when I first started at my placement I was struggling with certain things that I didn't feel very supported with.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My programme is well structured, I always knew what task I had to work on, when the deadlines were and my work was marked and given feedback fairly quickly.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I have not rated this 10/10 as I did not feel very supported until I had to have a meeting with my employer and apprenticeship provider, however this has improved.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I feel well supported by my training provider.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel as though my coursework and units provided by Juniper are helping me perform well in work as the topics link well.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Yes, Juniper provide workshops that all apprentices are given the option to participate in.

  • Yes

  • I would recommend Juniper to a friend as i know that they dont mess you around when you are close to finishing your apprenticeship


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Juniper Education Limited?
  • Ensure you ask plenty of questions before your apprenticeship starts and try and get your answers in black and white.
