I have learnt an range of new skills as well as now being trained in range of diffrent courses

I enjoyed taking part of this apprenticeship as it able Me to gain qualifications in the next step of my career

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

Their was an lot of time where exam was canceled and it look ages to get me onto maths lesson.they also took year after I should of qualified to actually qualify I also had about 5 diffrent assors during my course and was passed it took 5 months for my certificate to come

I recived an lot of support from my employer and she supported me during my course

By having this qualification allowed me to have to skills and experience that I have with working with children it also allowed Me to be adle to work in the job I wanted to do

They wasn't organised it took ages to be put onto maths exam they also was very little vists to work place they also took year after I should of qualified because of my maths and once qualified it took 5 months to recived my certificates which I couldn't be paid qualified wage because of this
