  • Maintaining and supporting the IT systems and servers within the Bank to make sure that we can deliver a quality experience to the customers

  • I have learnt how use different types of code and understand the different types of servers used by the bank and what they are individually used for

  • I am really enjoying the programme - my team is really helpful and friendly

  • It is very well structured - there is a good divide between learning from the provider and also learning from the job. They both compliment eachother

  • I receive lots of support from my employer. The team and my line manager are very helpful and include me with lots of different bits of work.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My training provider is very supportive with working towards my qualifications. They give lots of advice surrounding the best way to approach certain tasks and offer lots of different sessions to join.

  • My qualification helps me to perform better at my role because of the use of things like excel which are widely used cross the bank

  • There are lots of extra-curricular activities, loads of clubs and lots of things to do outside of work with your colleagues

  • Everyone I have met is very supportive, happy to help and everyone is really looked after by the company.
