  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My Manager and I have two weekly 1-1s and one is dedicated to training. We started off with a development plan and revisit this at mid year and year end reviews. We have grown and adapted to my needs during the apprenticeship so it really is tailored to you.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • All the support I could genuinely wish for. Two weekly 1-1s, one dedicated to training, support with resources for college assignments/tasks, team support where I can ask questions and never feel scared to. When my Manager and I identify gaps, we look for training to fill them.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The college tutor is knowledgeable and supportive, so is the qualification lead, more consistency with tutors would have been better. However, we are taught well and are well supported through a visit every 10 weeks by the assessor, who is new to the role and is improving over time.
