  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • Improvement practitioner role where we have weekly meetings in working toward a project that we can define, measure, analyze, improve and control. This project has taught me how to time plan and improve my knowledge on graphs and data. The next steps in the process would be to continue to enforce NPS mandatory training and signpost the NPS emails to customers on every call. We need to continue to send out weekly NPS emails to the floor. My next steps support my longer-term career development as it as taught me how to enforce incentives to drive colleagues.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The apprentice is well organized and structured as we use project management software, make mind maps on our progress. At the start, we all created a project timing plan to help us organize what we had to do and in what time frame. From the start, cappella set a project schedule to help us stay on track. Our mentors are always there to support if we need them. Furthermore we decide which tasks are priorities and complete those first and this is what we have been taught to do.
