  • I do enjoy my job, it's fast paced and each day is different.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Very well organised from the perceptive of Crowe, it wasn't the best from Kaplan, I think I had more than 5 "talent coaches" dedicated to me over the three years as the staff kept leaving. Luckily the talent coach I was assigned at the end was very helpful.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • A lot of support, they couldn't be more helpful if they tried.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • A decent amount, I had several talent coaches over the course of the program which didn't help. Luckily the talent coach I had at the end was very helpful and informative and helped me through the end point assesment.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Not really sure, the apprenticeship qualification was more logging what I did at work. The exams really helped as they provided the technical knowledge I need daily for my role.

  • Sometimes I attend networking events which are very good to get to know new people.

  • Caring company culture, very supportive, approachable management.

  • Just be yourself, as long as you are keen to learn Crowe are keen to teach
