    • It is well structures. There is just alot of information which can be overwhelming to ensure all the right things are done for different people

    • Alot, paid time of for exams and study. Time to do the apprenticeship work

    • Regular calls and catchups and supports where necessary

    • Yes, there are D&I groups, we have a social committee too
