    • Day to day, involves auditing of financial statements and client schedules to determine whether what is stated in the accounts is a true and fair reflection of the client's position

    • We learn new skills everyday, from the auditing, to excel, presentational skills. As well as transferrable skills such as time management, public speaking, networking.

    • I thoroughly enjoy the programme, every day is completely different to the last, albeit some are more challenging but makes it all the more rewarding.

    • Really well structured, clear structure on how to improve as well as career progression

    • We are given a lot of support, whether work related, study related, or just development as an individual.

    • Kaplan put a lot of utensils in place for us to utilise while studying

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • Given technical knowledge allows us to perform better in our job, and the slightly longer days due to revising builds stamina and resilience.

    • Social sports, football, mixed netball, women's netball, networking events take place monthly. Any additional events are encouraged and supported by management.

    • Yes

    • For a great work/life balance, to be encouraged to be the best you can be and to provide all tools to flourish in your chosen field.

    • Be yourself, be active and be teachable. Crowe are great at providing teachers and support networks, it's then up to you to make the most of them.
