  • Customer Advisor. Help customers around store to purchase goods for DIY.

  • I have built a lot of confidence. Speaking with customers becomes easier and able to complete targets more comfortably.

  • Programme is easy to use and trainer/tutor extremely nice. Seem to actually care about me and helped me to achive higher grades in english and maths.

  • Very well organised, easy to use online systems and regular meetings with trainer.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I am giving time aside to complete my online work from my employer. Sometimes the manager with sit in on the meetings also.

  • regular meetings and updates with trainer and mock exams and updates on how I'm doing on the program.

  • Build confidence and helps to better understand the customers and business's needs.

  • Social events are encouraged as a store. from going out with work friends to charity events organised by the company.
