I enjoy doing my programme very much so learning how to engage with others learning on the job
My programme enables me to complete tasks with a certain time frame working on the job putting my new skills into practice
My employer provides me with time assisting me with my work load if I have any concerns
I have constant support allowing me to get help when I need it
It enables me to out my knowledge into practise to help others. It helps me understand people in a different way
