  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy the daily work aspects of the programme as usual. The university side of the apprenticeship can be a little bit boring at times and the assignments vague causing it to be difficult for the wrong reasons. The pebblepad assignments on top of all the work are also useless

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Having one session a week is a good structure and assignments being spaced out works quite well to help balance the workload from uni and from the work pace. I think sind off the modules are a but vague in terns of how they apply to our job role. D

  • I have a skills coach but i have not yet reached out to him to help with my qualifications as i think im too early in the process to start on that, i will reach out when i think its necessary for me to do so, although the organisation qa havent been very efficient durimg the start of my journey

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I think this is a very difficult question as the things we learn in uni have to apply many people and everyone role is different. For my role i think it doesn't apply right now but could maybe be applied in the future due to the seniority of my role compared to the knowledge learnt at uni

  • I think one piece of advice that i would give to someone joining cap as new starter is to not be afraid to step out of your comfort zone as failure is good and we can only grow as individuals when we are uncomfortable. Also dont ve afraid to ask for help, it will always be given
