  • Yes, developed all areas throughout the apprenticeship, especially around stock and time management

  • It was fun and I was rarely nervous, this was massively helped by a good trainer

  • The program is broken down into smaller categories to be easily worked through

  • My manager was rather reluctant to give me the time to get it done and sign my work

  • Lots of help available, my trainer was always there to help and would let me know if he was going away (holiday)
