  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • Partner Management manage the relationships with over 100 Partners that we use for up to 900 Services. Our Partners act as an extension of Softcat. They cover all business lines and they facilitate Professional, Managed and Monitored services. The delivery of services is what we are. There are two parts to partner management, one side is the partner mangers who manage our service partners. We have 4 partner managers overall who all manage partners that can help within vendors such as Microsoft, etc… The other part of partner management is the operations side and this is where I sit in. A key part of my role is setting up partners and assisting the other partner managers with supporting our partners.
