My role involves designing a High level design document/solution for BT's clients. This involves speaking to the client, getting their requirements, current network infrastructure, and budget.

Yes. I learnt skills such as communication, network fundamentals, teamwork and presentation skills.

The on the job side of the apprenticeship isn't very structured, but the University is really good.

For second year, I believe it will help a lot as I will be learning modules specific to the pathway am taking
