  • Monday- at collage doing HNC course Tuesday - day release working, going around different placements. Wednesday, Thursday, Friday - In collage workshops to improve and gain tooling knowledge

  • its fun learning about everything but sometimes it can be a bit much

  • apart from the day release its quite organized

  • able to talk to employer easily and support is given when required

  • support is given to push us in the right direction but it could be more clearer

  • they are able to provide education on everything that they do and have some good people to learn from

  • you don't need to fully understand what they do as they will happily educate you on everything they know
