  • I really enjoy the interaction with the tutors they make the course worth while and are happy to support and take time to listen

  • Very well structured and laid out you know what your doing from the start

  • I allowed to complete my training whilst on the Job which is a great way to learn

  • My Tutor has been brilliant she responds back to emails quickly and provides the right amount of guidance to support

  • 100% I have noticed changes in my own style of work and it has been commented on from other people so it shows to me that what I am learning is helping me

  • Yes

  • I have worked here for over 20 years the company has a set of core values that cascades down from the CEO and everyone works to the same goal. This ethos goes back to the days of its founding members


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Cummins?
  • Make sure you research the Company in particular research the back ground of the Job your applying for and understand the basics - how does an engine work
