  • I design kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms for our instore customers and online customers. Deal with any customer issues, weekly review of department sales and support my colleagues not just on my department but across the store.

  • I have learnt how to deal with difficult customer issues in a more timey and professional manner. I have also learnt how to prioritise the tasks in hand.

  • I enjoyed my apprenticeship so much that I completed in it within around 9-10 months and I have just started a level 3

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It was well structured and I could work at my own pace. I was a bit worried at first as I thought there would have a timle line for each module

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I had 110% support form not just my line manager but but from all the management team. They all gave me the confidence to the apprenticeship and gave me time off the shop floor to do research and shadow them.

  • My Trainer was on hand 24/7

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I am more confident dealing any issues, I am now quicker at preforming any tasks

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • No but I organise any fundraising events instore, it boosts the store moral

  • I have been with the company for nearly 17yrs, my store help each other out. You have so many chances to progress within the company. You get to know your customers,
