  • Calculating individual members pension amounts, working on projects such as accounting and valuations and general manipulation of data in order to derive a specified result. • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The process by which the apprenticeship is laid is very well formatted. I have received a timetable detailing the deadlines of each stage of the apprenticeship: exams, 20% on the job training and the work I should be completing at each period in my apprenticeship. The options for which I have after the apprenticeship is laid out clearly.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I have a coach from our external training company: BPP and have regular scheduled catch-up calls with both my line and study manager. We have weekly huddle meetings whereby workload is allocated and re-allocated throughout the team based on capacity to ensure no one is overloaded or has too little work.
