  • Structured very well, clear objectives and achievement path. Rolled out to learner in manageable chunks

  • Given the time I need, one of my line managers during time did not support however all other managers and colleagues have been happy to help

  • Always were happy to support learning goals, personal and professional development as well as referring to external support when needed

  • Better understanding of the processes of my team and the impact they have on the business, customer and colleagues. I am also more familiar with relevant legislation and operating compliantly
