  • I look after all aspects of service from entering to leaving the retail environment. Making sure that we are doing this in a safe all inclusive environment. Maintaining the policy and procedures laid down by the company guidelines

  • Communication I feel has improved,listening and learning from people instead of going forward with my plan increases productivity and teamwork

  • I loved the experience-it has been 36 years since I had done anything similar and reinvigorating these skill was a eye opener

  • Nic who was my guiding hand supported me 100% as I have previously said it had been a few years since doing this type of exercises

  • My line manager was continually inquisitive regarding what and how I was learning

  • Always available to me regardless of the circumstances

  • I love to be involved with any of the charity projects that are happening in the store
