  • I work as a HR Generalist for Cummins, day to day i look after key stakeholders, collaborating and consulting with them on HR issues as well as working on many projects from Early Careers to Training.

  • The course allowed me to build on my skills and experience and learn how to be an effective leader.

  • I have enjoyed learning more knowledge, not only about the course but also learning my capabilities.

  • The course was organised well with a clear structure and outcome.

  • My employer was very supportive during my course, allowing me the time needed to dedicate to my studies and successfully complete the training.

  • A lot of support was given by my training provider, they were always on hand should i have any questions or if i was stuck at any point.

  • I believe it gives me a great platform to push forward with my career and take the next step in to more leadership roles.

  • Cummins has community partners which we are able to volunteer to support and are asked to complete a minimum of 4 hours per annum.
