  • my role as a team leader, of which i got as a result of doing an apprenticeship involves managing my team to their best of their ability to manage the warehouse, deliveries and stock management

  • i have learnt new skills through off the job training and developed my task management skill and team management

  • i have enjoyed that much that i want to progress on level 4 and have become an apprenticeship ambassador for my store

  • the programme was easy to follow and broken down into different sections making easier to follow and also i had fantastic support from my trainer which helped

  • i received a lot of support from my employer as off the job training was given and time to study each week

  • regular meeting where set up to track my progress and i could always email my tutor for support when need ed

  • it has helped me het promoted into a role a i wanted. it has also given me gain a better understanding of b&q and the role i currently now do

  • we have set up a network of other apprentices in store to help support and see how they are getting on with their apprenticeship
