  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My role entails updating my projects org chart in relation to when new people join the project and when people leave. I also onboard and offboard resources whenever I receive an email to do so. I also chase people up to update a report that tracks how many hours everyone has worked in the week, so that this report can be sent to the client.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I thoroughly enjoy my programme as I learnt all about business through the university course and then I am able to apply my learnings to working at Capgemini which is very beneficial. This has really allowed me to enjoy the whole programme as I'm constantly learning at all times.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • It is very structured as every 3 months we go to the university which allows us to focus on the modules that we'll be working on. It's good to get a change from studying at home and online webinars. The programme gets more complex, which is quite beneficial.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

  • 9a. Would you recommend Capgemini to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • It's a very supportive company, that has a great apprenticeship programme that is structured to perfection. There is a clear route for progression and promotion, and the job role works well alongside the university side of things. My company is also known for its good salaries and benefits for employees.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Capgemini?
  • I would say firstly to research the company, some of its projects, what it's doing from a sustainability perspectives. Look at the values and how they resonate with you and also think about scenarios that you could link to them to prep for the interview. I would also say to be yourself, and believe in yourself prior to the interviews/assesment centre.
