  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • Essentially I look after the world of absence for the business. This involves working closely with managers, business partners and the data team in order to get all absence related processes working as effectively as possible. I regularly have to run reports to identifying which employees have triggered either an absence discussion letter or disciplinary, which I arrange will the managers and HR advisors.
