  • Yes - project management is one of main skills needed, training and apprenticeship have developed this. Communication, managing stakeholders, time management

  • Really enjoy programme with MBKB - Tutor is extremely passionate and engages you in meaningful discussion on topics, which is personally the best way I learn. All lessons have a clear application for business, and work around your current workload

  • Very - would like to have been provided a list of topics when enrolling so ensure lessons can be planned around current and upcoming projects. Otherwise 10/10

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Manager is very supportive, involves whole team to assist when needed. Working in a law firm, teams tend to work independently of each other, this apprenticeship relies on making connections, manager has helped make those if needed

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Plenty - Tutor is very flexible on workload, as long as apprentice communicates this. Work is always tailored to upcoming projects and if there are gaps in getting criteria confirmed, tutor will always assist.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • Qualification has taught me plenty of skills for both this role, and any upcoming future roles - Learning is very applicable. As someone keen to stay in Corporate responsibility, the lessons have been and will continue to be very reliable as my career grows

  • yes - plenty of socials and volunteering opportunities. Some offices have set up running clubs/yoga etc etc
