Great instructors and support from the organisation. Always om hand to help me further learn.

Always able to accomodate any issues I had with my health and not being able to attend the courses face to face.

Very supportive, would arrange extra sessions with me and help me in the way that I learned best (diagrams).

Same as above. My mentor would always be on hand to answer any of my questions and helped set up EPA session with instructors to help me feel confident with my exams

Network knowledge on how a common organisation is set up. Knowledge on VPN, Cryptography, and Defense in Depth.
