  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • My current role is a project analyst, my daily duties are due to change imminently. I am involved in the permanent and contractor recruitment for my business area. I coordinate CV reviews and interviews, provide feedback to suppliers and manage the demand.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learnt some new skills on excel as part of my first module on my apprenticeship.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy interacting with other apprentices, I am interested in data and feel this will help shape my future.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My programme seems to be structured well, I have a two group coaching sessions per module, one as a big group and the other is a lot smaller which helps with feedback etc.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • My employer is very supportive, there are many people to reach out to if help is required.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • It’s early days for me at the moment, but my coach seems like she will help if needed.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I am now looking at my work of a different way, everything I do, I try to relate to data to help my understating.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Capgemini offers a lot of courses, events etc. I am not sure about sports teams but we do have a gym that you can join.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Capgemini is invested in their people, they want them to succeed and progress in their careers. There are many opportunities for certifications, qualifications and training. They have the right set of values and these are implemented on a daily basis.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Capgemini?
  • Prepare for your interview, learn about the company and its values. Show what you can bring to Capgemini or what you are willing to achieve.
