  • Data analyst conducting report building for in company analysis, in particular helping to monitor efficiency and performance business wide.

  • I have built up new skills and have expanded my pre-existing skills greatly. Every day brings a new challenge which allows me to gain experience in many varying areas of data analysis

  • I thoroughly enjoy the apprenticeship program, especially how I am able my application of apprenticeship learning within my actual job role making it easy to monitor my progress.

  • The programme is well organised, with a clearly defined structure and consistent on hand support should it be required.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive a great amount of support from my employer, with daily check-ins with my line manager when I first arrived and a genuine interest in my well being and how I can be supported to achieve success.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The training provider provides monthly check-ins to discuss any tasks that may be required and how to succeed within the apprenticeship. They are also contactable via email or phone should I ever have a query.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • My qualification definitely helps me perform better within my role. It gives me a thorough background in data analysis, working up into best practices and real time examples of issues.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There are many extra-curricular activities available through my workplace. We use an online forum where employees can create open groups with interests such as photography, books, dogs were events and plans are made in relation to that group, making it easy to find and meet colleagues with similar interests.

  • I would recommend my employer to a friend as there is an extremely welcoming and friendly workplace, as well as a genuine care to help all employees succeed within the business.

  • Research around and give thorough thought about why this is the best role and workplace for you. A genuine interest in the company and values will help you understand if this is the right workplace for you, and prove to employers that you are passionate about applying to a job at this company.
