My Role ensures I give the best possible service to Reinsurance Clients within WTW. This entails making sure the Client’s demands and needs are met within MRC’s, The CEM Process within Facultative is followed accordingly and all documentation within our business accounts is stored correctly and efficiently at all times. I also have a responsibility to keep in touch with Underwriters should any changes to the MRC need follow up agreement and that all our Client Facing Documentation is approved.
I have learned key administrative and networking skills within my role. Also strengthened my time management skills on my course.
I really enjoy the lifestyle and networking in my role and my programme has a good balance with my job.
We have a really well structured programme with clear units and levels of progress.
I have received a great amount of support from my team and feel very comfortable approaching if need be.
I have received support from training provider which has been beneficial but this has been less direct and could be a lot more at times.
I feel like I am learning a lot of both internal and external skills in my exams but am also gaining more knowledge of my own line of business.
We have a number of Professional and Inclusion Networks which we can get involved with both at work and in everyday life.
