Software engineering, data modelling and information management.

I have picked up many skills in my training so far such as SQL, SQLBI, Data Modelling, JAVA and emotional Intelligence

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The employees at capgemini could not be more helpful I have met some great people on my course so far the work is very enjoyable you really do learn something new everyday.

4. How valued do you feel by Capgemini?

We are always told how special we are and how much we mean to the company by senior staff.

5. How well organised/structured is your programme?

The structure of our programme has always been very clear to each and every one of us it is very well organised because before we go into business we already know alot about what is expected of us, where we could go, details on how to get promotion and pay rise. It is very well thought out which is very good because we as apprentices know exactly where we stand.

6a. How much support do you receive from your training provider?

The employees at capgemini could not be more helpful and there are always people wanting to help you out and see you do well.

6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?

They have already had a meeting to see how im doing and how I could be better and if there is any problems with work and if I am stuck there are plenty of people to email and people are very easy to get in touch with if i have any questions to ask.

7. How well does your salary/package meet your costs?

It is very reasonable, expenses are paid for any travelling or meals when on projects or training.

8. Are there many opportunities outside of work?

There are always opportunites made aware to us where we could do a little extra to get more expeirence or extra credit.

Yes

It is a great company to work for because if you put the effort in you can really go far and people really want you to do well for yourself and for the company, I have already reccomended this scheme to my friends.

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Capgemini?

Be fun, Be creative, always speak up if you have a problem or an idea as it will be supported.
