I discuss pricing with our customers and how much material they will need weekly. I place quotes, invoices and sales orders on the system.
I developed skills in presenting and this has helped me within my role, I have had to present a couple of times since completing my NVQ and my end point assessment really helped.

The programme was well organised, I knew what I needed to do every month and the weekly hours logged helped keep me on track for my 20% off the job.
I received a lot of support from my employer. If I needed anything to help me pass my end point assessment they would provide this to me.

It has helped me provide better service to customers now I know more about business administration. I have also started another NVQ following this.
We do have a lot of social activities, we tend to have one once a month to get everyone together. We have a sports day in June, Christmas parties, work meals etc
