  • Yes I have gained a wide variety of skills and also developed ones I already had.

  • I really enjoy the actual job function as it keeps me busy everyday with all different tasks, also I really enjoy the working environment.

  • I think my programme is quite well structured, there has been a few hiccups but that is expected.

  • I receive a lot of support from my employer especially my line manager who supports me everyday.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I think I receive a lot of support from my training provider and my tutor as she is always willing to book in extra sessions to help me if I am stuck or want to work through certain work with her.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I think it helps defiantly to understand the environment a bit more, but also business admin is such a vast subject that it can sometimes not have much involvement in my everyday role.

  • There are different groups which you can join to be a part of a team and also organised events where everyone goes out together to socialise.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • I think it is a good inclusive company to work for where many of the managers want to push you to reach your best abilities. It is a fast paced environment which will always keep you on your toes and feel like you have accomplished a lot.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Wates?
  • I would say just be open and honest during the application stage and they will generally try and fit you into the team which you will work the best in.
