  • I am really enjoying my programme as the I feel the bank has a positive culture which is fully supportive of my career ambitions.

  • The program is very well structured, as I feel the business provides me with full support as well as organises any events to help me progress in my career.

  • I feel the business provides me with full support since all employees are willing to provide help or guidance when needed as well as the business also organising any relevant events to help me progress in my career.

  • While working towards my qualification my training provider has given me full access to useful resources.

  • The qualification helps develop my performance in my role because it will allows me to broaden my knowledge of the banking industry such as understanding financial products, regulations and an overview of the financial industry structure.
