Get in, look at the markets and any trends or events, study and look over emails and meetings for the day, work on any presentations and then leave
In just the short time I have been here my skillset has increased dramatically in soft and hard skills
So far I'm really enjoying the programme and its been great with the gradual increase in difficulty
the programme has undergone restructuring in some aspects since joining, overall however is well organised
Support is always readily available and is used pretty much daily!
Our training provider have given us as much support as needed, and still does in person teachings which are far better than online experiences
The qualification isnt only a representation that i have the skillset needed, but allows me to get a wide exposure to the business
There are several different societies or events that you can participate in, with lots of networking opportunities too

In terms of the qualification and benefits the company offers, blended with top of the range teaching and fantastic people, it really is a great place to work!
Work hard, you are the driving force during this apprenticeship, nothing is handed to you on a plate. If you want to thrive, it is down to you as an individual
