    • how to negotiate, how to undertake a detailed review of a change, how to assess a change, how to discuss with clients.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

    • I enjoy it very much. To the point at which i haven't move even when offered higher salary. The people are great and have been helping everyone.

    • It has got better as the years have gone on. The support could be improved but i am tailoring the works that i need.

    • Not enough but it is getting better.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

    • This is little to non. I have started to push my employer to help a bit more but this will take time to get as much support as i hope i can get.

    • I dont really as its so far behind the work that i currently under take. I am sure that as year 4 progresses more and more of it will become relevant.

    • Lots of socials , some networking and their are sports but they are not always undertaken.

    • Yes

    • Because if your good they try to help and develop you while also having a clear progression if you are good at your job.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Turner & Townsend?

    • Work hard. The more you put in the more you will get out. If you are diligent in your works then you will.
