how to negotiate, how to undertake a detailed review of a change, how to assess a change, how to discuss with clients.
I enjoy it very much. To the point at which i haven't move even when offered higher salary. The people are great and have been helping everyone.
It has got better as the years have gone on. The support could be improved but i am tailoring the works that i need.
Not enough but it is getting better.
This is little to non. I have started to push my employer to help a bit more but this will take time to get as much support as i hope i can get.
I dont really as its so far behind the work that i currently under take. I am sure that as year 4 progresses more and more of it will become relevant.
Lots of socials , some networking and their are sports but they are not always undertaken.

Because if your good they try to help and develop you while also having a clear progression if you are good at your job.
Work hard. The more you put in the more you will get out. If you are diligent in your works then you will.
