  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • Every 6 months we rotate our sections, in the last 6 months, my daily tasks included, setting up client visits, booking in engineer visits, organizing team events and running my very own project. I was responsible for all interactions with the clients involved. I would report weekly to the Senior manager of the Southern Europe region as well as the Vice President of Client Services for Visa Europe.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learnt how to navigate new software such as Microsoft Dynamics as well as sharpening my skills on other Microsoft software. I have developed countless interpersonal skills including confidence, networking, public speaking, etc.

  • I am loving this programme, every rotation is different and every team builds bridges to new opportunities. Visa is a welcoming company with amazing benefits and schemes. It's diverse. It's inclusive. It's opportunities handed to you on a plate. It's up to you to take them.

  • The organisation of the programme is excellent, you can have a say in your rotation after your first year and the way you feel is held with great importance to the company.
