  • On a day to day basis I currently deal with client requests as well as helping process and develop new ideas and sell products to the clients.

  • Skills I have learnt as confidence and presentation skills, learning to speak to clients and interact with them in a professional manner as well as my understanding of the payments industry

  • I really enjoy the programme, it is a great way to get into the workplace as well as study towards a degree. The rotation options are great and the support is always there

  • The programme is well structured, with clear milestones throughout. We have support from the cohort above and the next generation too who help it feel structured and we know where to go for added support if needed

  • We receive a lot of support from different streams from different cohorts, your line manager, the next generation team and more

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • There is a lot of support available although at times this can feel lost, it takes seeking out to find the resources necessary. I don't believe this is helped by at home lectures

  • I believe it helps me understand more about the workplace as I am able to see the theory we learn in how people act within the organization, it also allows me to have ideas on how I will develop professionally

  • There are many social and networking events to get involved with. There are a range of resource groups for all employees to find like minded individuals as well as mentoring and water cooler sessions.

  • Yes

  • The support from all angles at the company is great, the ethos and work environment feels safe and friendly, I thoroughly enjoy my time within Visa and believe it is a great place to work and develop professionally


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Visa?
  • Have clear examples that showcase your greatest skills, do your research on the company and be confident in your abilities, at the end of the day the interviewers want you to succeed as much as you do
