3 Year rotational scheme, in commercial, operational and strategic placements. In my final year of the scheme I am working as a Project Manager

Stakeholder Management, Influencing, Negotiation, Project management, Microsoft Office, Mentoring, networking, time management

I really enjoy being part of the graduate community at British Airways. The autonomy we get in the placements we do is really rewarding.

We all have a graduate manager who organises the structure of the graduate scheme and is there for pastoral and developmental support

Poor support, I have as little interaction with the training provider as possible

Be yourself. Research the firm. Know why you want to join BA.
