  • Great structure that provides a good pathway in my career. I am always provided with amazing support whenever I need it.

  • Always get great support from my employer and tutors at college whenever I need it.

  • Definitely helps a lot by understanding the different principles and areas of engineering i have studied.

  • Yes i have recently taken part in voluntary work with colleagues at Cummins as part of my CIT work

  • So far Cummins has been a great company to work in and have supported me throughout my time so far. Would definitely recommend.

  • Just be yourself and get involved. Never be afraid to ask for support etc whenever you need it.
