  • Working for Cummins has been a great experience, the company is invested in my development. I have amazing support from my team and I really enjoy my role. You are given considerable responsibility, even as an apprentice and I really enjoy my role and the variety within my work.

  • Adaptability, I have been pushed out of my comfort zone and have had the opportunity to work with team's, managers and employees globally.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I have really enjoyed my programme thus far. I am challenged and my team constantly look to involve me in aspects of work for my development. My CIPD course directly relates to my day to day role and I am able to apply what I have learnt within my role.

  • My team and wider teams are very supportive, I don't think that they could do any more.

  • I have received adequate support from the training provider.

  • Everything I learnt within my CIPD course have aided me within my role, it directly relates to what I do day to day.

  • Networking events, project work within wider teams, EEEC events (wider community initiatives).

  • Great organization, great people, so many opportunities and they are hugely invested in my development.

  • Expect change, challenges but the opportunity to work with a global organization who is invested in you. Research the company!
