    • I enjoy my programme, due to the supportive environment that i am in

    • the course is very organised and structured, setting us out goals / tasks to reach at our monthly reviews .

    • I receive a lot of support, and help from HPE and have blocked out time in my week to do my apprenticeship

    • I receive a lot of support an help though my skill's coach, who helps me in keeping on track with the qualifications.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

    • I think it has given me better people skills, and better ideas on how i can then situations in my day role

    • no, however i have done the Wednesday walks, and even potentially joining a HPE netball team
