An overview of my role is that I have 3,400 accounts in my territory. My territory is the North and Scotland. I help partners with deal reg and pricing and also account mapping and making sure my pipeline is up to date.
I have learnt and I have improved skills that I have already had before starting this role. My confidence has improved, along with my written skills, communication and time keeping.
I really enjoy the programme, however, for what we are doing with the day rob and the apprenticeship while taking on other activities, it is very full on and become stressful.
Programme is pretty well structured.
Receive a lot of help from the person I work along side in my territory to my mentor who has been a big help with progression
Receive a fair amount of support.
I would say that I have learnt more from doing the day job than learning through the qualification. Although, it has been helpful at times.
There are gym sessions every other Tuesday which I attend and I believe they are setting up a Netball team which I will also get involved in. If there was professional networking events I would like to participate in them.
