  • It is very enjoyable, it allows me to learn and gain valuable experience

  • I feel very valued as the work I am doing is for real projects and I am personally responsible for certain areas.

  • The initial on boarding stage was very well structure, there were several times during training and when we joined the business which could have been better planned.

  • Lots of support was given during training
