  • At accenture the aim is to join a project, this counts towards your chargeability. If you are not on a project you are on something call the bench. If you are on the bench you are expected to not only apply to project but to also do training which can help you.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learnt so many new skills and have also developed new skills since joining accenture. Skills are crucial in developing your career. Accenture also provides a learning portal where you can learn them. Microsoft excel, powerpoint, coding, jira and many other softwares are available to learn on the portal. I intend to learn many new skills.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy my programme because not only have i met many incedible people since starting in 2019 but i also learn a lot. I will never regret joining this programme because it was a great choice and i have gained new skills and networked with many people i would have never before.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Accenture apprentice programme is organised in 3 years and the number count ranges from 15-30 people in each year. Each year consists of many different ages, backgrounds and cultures- this is what makes the programme so great to be part of. I have networked with many people i would have never before.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • The apprentice programme has a variety of support. Each apprentice within the programme recieves two direct support people. One being a peer mentor who is also part of the apprentice programme who helps their mentee to go through the transition smoothly. Also a people advisor someone else in the company who helps them throughout their time at the company

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The apprentice programme has a variety of support. Each apprentice within the programme recieves two direct support people.   • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • The qualification i receive through my training provider ranges from maths to computing, computers and networking, coding, advanced coding, change management, training and consulting. I think to a decent extent the qualification i receive through my training provider is helpful in the role i want to consider in my career

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Accenture consists of many different ages, backgrounds and cultures- this is what makes the programme so great to be part of. I have networked with many people i would have never before. I have the opportunity to network with all these people at the various event accenture hold for their different communities and clubs.

  • Yes

  • Accenture has various events they hold for their different communities and clubs. Also there is good support each apprentice within the programme recieves two direct support people. i have gained new skills and networked with many people i would have never before. Im sure anyone would enjoy working at accenture


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Accenture?
  • I would suggest to be confident and enjoy networking as it is really important in being part of this company. To be open to various paths with in your career is also crucial because there are so many options to go down when you join the company, this is my advice.
